Independent Living Plus Program (ILP)

Angel House ILP program provides a temporary staff supported residence for female identified foster care and/or juvenile system youth ages 16-19 who are not yet appropriate for Independent Living. Youth in the program will receive education and services to overcome the barriers preventing the youth from transitioning to a less restrictive setting. 
 
Angel House provides the following services to youth: 
 Safe and Secure housing
 Case Management Services
 IL coach services
 IL skills training
 Service referrals 
 24/7 crisis and availability 
 Daily, in-person supervision with youth
 Coordination for education and employment opportunities among other services

2021 Beneficiaries

In 2021 Angel House successfully started the process of transitioning to an Independent Living Program that serves ages 17-21.
