Child and Family Charities is recognized by the Council on Accreditation - Services for Families and Children for meeting “the highest standards of professional performance.” The agency is licensed by the Michigan Department of Public Health for substance abuse screening, assessment, treatment, referral, and prevention; licensed by the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs under the division of child welfare licensing for foster care, adoption, and residential services, affiliated with Capital Area United Way; a member of Michigan’s Children, and Michigan Federation for Children and Families. These credentials and affiliations assure that services are stakeholder driven and performed at a standard of excellence.
