Crossroads
Crossroads is a voluntary noncompulsory transitional living program for young people ages 16 – 17.
The program provides support for youth who lack safe, stable, and appropriately supervised housing. Youth will work to obtain, maintain, and increase income, learn how to budget, better understand what it takes to have a positive relationship with future landlords, and become self-sufficient.
The goal of the program is to help youth prepare for independent and self-sufficient living.
Services offered during the program include shelter, independent living skills training, case management, employment search support, tutoring, health care, and residential assistance.
After completing the Crossroads, participants have access to a variety of services including advocacy; employment and educational assistance; case management; crisis intervention; rental assistance; and emotional support and guidance. All services are free of charge.
